Quizá por ello carece de un buen sistema competitivo o de un PvE cooperativo de gran dificultad. Tiene muchos modos aunque por desgracia la gente apenas juega ya a casi ninguno y infinidad de Skins de un valor artístico muy grande, el juego es para todas las edades y públicos aunque está más centrado en un público joven. El juego posee Frostbite, el que para mí es el mejor motor Gráfico y un escalón más alla del Unreal Engine es muy Original y fiel a la saga de Plants vs Zombies y bastante divertido de jugar, sobre todo con amigos.
