I have a generic USB controller from a Brazilian brand based on a Chinese layout Shanwan that, despite installing the driver that comes with the Retropie and correctly configuring. The USB port is working properly I can connect other devices but it’s only gamepad that isn’t working. If so, do your testing with only one controller attached at a time.
